^{Information and Communication Engineering (ICE) closely combines the innovation and development needs of the Greater Bay Area and the national electronic information industry, and carries out research on cutting-edge scientific theories and novel high-tech applications. The PhD program fulfills the concept of "theory plus practice plus innovation" in teaching, learning, research and implementation, and aims to cultivate high-level outstanding talents and global scientific and technological leaders equipped with solid foundation, practical emphasis, and pioneering spirits.}
