Clarivate Analytics, a leading global analytics company focused largely on academic and scientific research, released its list of highly cited researchers for 2022 on November 15th. Researchers chosen for this list have published multiple articles that are in the top 1% by citations in natural science and social science fields.
6938 researchers from 69 countries and regions are mentioned 7225 times on the 2022 list.
Researchers from Tsinghua University received 73 mentions on this year’s list. Tsinghua ranks fifth in the world and first in China for its share of cited researchers.
Among the Tsinghua researchers recognized, seven are from Tsinghua SIGS. They include Professor Kang Feiyu, Professor Li Baohua, Associate Professor He Yanbing, Associate Professor Zhou Guangmin, Associate Research Fellow Lv Wei, Assistant Professor Peng Lele, and Assistant Professor Zheng Bo.
