From November 25-28, Liu Huiqin, Party Secretary of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS), led a delegation to South Korea. The delegation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the College of Engineering at Korea University.
The delegation also met with officials from Ewha Womans University and attended the Executive Committee Meeting of the Asian Universities Alliance. Yang Bin, Chairperson of Tsinghua University Council, and Seong-Taek Yun, Executive Vice President of Korea University, witnessed the signing ceremony. Representatives from the Office of Global Affairs and Institute of Environment and Ecology of SIGS also participated the visit.
On November 26, Yang Bin's delegation met with Prof. Seong-Taek Yun at Korea University. During the meeting, Yang introduced Tsinghua's graduate education programs and the development history of SIGS. Both sides explored intellectual property allocation in technology transfer and expressed commitment to sustained academic collaboration. Liu Huiqin and Seong-Taek Yun subsequently signed the MoU, focusing on student exchanges, academic cooperation, and cultural exchanges.

On November 27, the delegation led by Yang Bin visited Ewha Womans University, welcomed by Vice President Youngjeen Cho, they discussed interdisciplinary collaborations in education, sociology, medicine, and mechanical engineering. The delegation presented summer school programs and invited their participation in the upcoming one. A student exchange MoU was signed by Yang Bin and Youngjeen Cho.
