The Second Tsinghua Peer Experience Day, organized by the Admissions Office of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS), was held Oct. 25, attracting 101 international students from 22 countries—including Spain, Malaysia, and Russia—and 25 universities, such as Columbia University and Sun Yat-sen University.

Participants pose for a group photo.
Participants explored Tsinghua SIGS through diverse activities including academic lectures, student sharing sessions, laboratory tours, career opportunity sessions, and Q&A sessions.
Lee Chung Heng, a Columbia University graduate who traveled from Malaysia for the event, described it as incredibly enriching, noting that it deepened my understanding of the school’s diverse academic programs and provided a valuable opportunity to connect with students from around the world.
Tsinghua SIGS remains committed to building open, engaging platforms to help international students gain firsthand insights into academic programs, research opportunities, innovation, campus life, and future possibilities at the school.
