Under the leadership of the Trade Union of Tsinghua University and the CPC Tsinghua SIGS Committee, the Trade Union Committee Office (TUCO) is dedicated to serving the faculty and staff, creating a feeling of home, and increasing morale. TUCO strives to constantly improve and to become a big family beloved by faculty and staff.
TUCO provides faculty and staff with the following main services: protection of rights and interests, benefit improvement, training and development, health protection, admissions for children of staff, retirement services, and recreational and sports activities. The Trade Union Committee Office is an important link between the school and faculty and staff.
