The Master’s Program in Electronic Information (Electronics and Communication Engineering) covers disciplines such as Information and Communication Engineering and Electronic Science and Technology. Areas of research include wireless communication, signal processing, image processing, computer vision, information security, collaborative Internet of things, big data analytics, driverless system, medical artificial intelligence, integrated circuit design (analog, RF, digital, mixed analog digital) and others.

The program nurtures talents with innovative minds, practical ability and international vision. We encourage and support various types of international exchanges such as participation in international conferences, visiting and exchanges in oversea top universities.
Our students have won awards such as the “National Winner of excellent practice achievement for Master of Engineering”, Excellent doctoral dissertations and master theses on the university-level, and excellent master’s graduate of Tsinghua University and Beijing City.
In recent years, our faculty members have led more than 100 major projects sponsored by National Key R&D Programs, Major Programs of National Natural Science Foundation of China, International Science & Technology Cooperation Programs, various science and technology projects at the provincial and municipal levels, as well as enterprises and public institutions.
Our papers have been published in top journals such as IEEE COMST, COMMAG, TWC, SPMAG, and flagship international conferences, such as the International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV), Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR), International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and Signal Processing (ICASSP) and others. We have also won best paper awards of many international academic conferences.
We are proud of our alumni achievements. Some graduates have gone on to other leading universities such as Stanford, University of California, Columbia, Duke, Imperial College London and Queen Mary University of London.
Many are employed by major public institutions, or high-tech enterprises and research institutions such as the Institute of Aerospace Science and Technology, Huawei, Google, Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, SenseTime, Megvii and DJI. Some of also started their own business.
The program has excellent faculty members and research conditions. Most have study or research experience in overseas top universities and possess rich teaching experience and fruitful research achievements.
