The Institute of Data and Information (iDI) is set to launch the pilot iDI Global Connect X Program in 2025, designed to further advance our internationalization strategy and foster meaningful partnerships with leading universities around the world.
Through this program, we warmly welcome faculty members and students from top-ranked overseas universities to visit Shenzhen, China - a vibrant hub of technological innovation.
What We Offer
· Immersive Academic Exchange: Engage face-to-face with Tsinghua SIGS faculty, and students in seminars, discussions, and laboratory tours.
· Innovation in Action: Visit world-class high-tech enterprises in Shenzhen and its surrounding areas to gain first-hand insight into China’s dynamic technology ecosystem.
· Cultural Discovery: Experience the unique blend of tradition and modernity that defines Shenzhen and Chinese culture.
Who Can Join
We invite renowned universities and institutions with strong academic or research profiles to participate. Each visiting delegation shall spend around 1-2 day at iDI for in-depth academic exchange.
* Please note that we only accept institutional applications, not individual ones.
Support
Visiting groups may receive dedicated logistical and financial support to help cover essential travel and accommodation needs during their stay in Shenzhen.
Program Period
We look forward to welcoming visiting delegations throughout 2025, with programs planned until late November.
