Program Information

Program Overview

Master of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence (M.E.AI) is an interdisciplinary program launched in 2019. Building on the foundation of Control Science and Engineering, it integrates AI theory, core algorithms, and software/hardware development within an AI+X comprehensive training model. The program maintains close industry ties with leading AI companies—including Tencent, Huawei, Ping An, SenseTime, Meituan, UBTECH, ByteDance, Hyperparameter, and X Square Robot—and invites industry CTOs to serve as talent cultivation advisors. Located in Shenzhen, China's premier AI and technology hub, the program places students at the heart of a dynamic innovation ecosystem, fostering breakthrough research across scientific and technological frontiers.

As an interdisciplinary master program, we welcome students from diverse backgrounds, including automation, computer science, electronics, mechanical engineering, and related fields. Leveraging SIGS's extensive international exchange resources and a full English-taught curriculum, the programfurther strengthens students' global competence.
