  • 项目介绍

    功能材料与器件专业硕士项目是在原清华大学材料工程硕士项目基础上,适应国家工程硕士大类改革需求,结合新能源交叉学科工学硕士项目,延伸拓展创建的项目,项目学制为2-3年,以培养高层次、高素质、应用型与综合型、具有全球视野的材料专业领域高层次人才为目标,主要包括能源材料与器件、低维材料与器件、信息功能材料与器件、材料设计与计算、生物医用材料与器件五个方向。

    项目拥有国际一流的师资队伍,目前共有全职教师37位,包括中国科学院院士1位,973首席科学家2位,国家重点研发计划首席科学家1位,国家级人才5位,国家级青年人才10位,7位教师入选2021年科睿唯安全球高被引科学家。近三年,发表高水平论文700多篇,获授权发明专利140多项;获批各级项目110余项,到账经费1.5亿元以上。 

    项目具有一系列高水平研究平台和先进的教学与实验条件,主要包括诺贝尔奖科学家实验室(深圳盖姆石墨烯研究中心)、碳功能材料国家地方联合工程实验室、广东省石墨烯创新中心、广东省热管理工程与材料重点实验室、广东省先进电池与材料工程技术研究中心等,拥有高分辨透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、准原位X射线光电子能谱仪、原位X射线衍射仪、研究级CT测试仪、原位激光显微共聚焦拉曼光谱仪等先进的材料制备和表征设备。

    功能材料与器件专业硕士项目将前沿基础研究与工程实践相结合,创新教育模式,激发学术志趣,提高培养质量,拓展学生国际化视野和培养解决实际工业技术问题的能力。项目所培养学生多次获深圳国际研究生院学术新秀奖、国家奖学金、清华大学优秀硕士毕业论文、北京市优秀毕业生等荣誉称号。

    Program Introduction

    The Master’s Program of Functional Materials and Devices is based on the original Master’s Program of Materials Engineering of Tsinghua University, adapting to the national engineering master’s reform needs, combined with Master’s Program of the New Energy Interdisciplinary. The program duration is 2-3 years. It aims to cultivate high-level, high-quality, applied and comprehensive talents in the field of materials with a global perspective. The Program mainly includes five directions: Energy materials & devices, Low-dimensional materials & devices, Information functional materials & devices, Material design and computation, Biomedical materials and devices.

    The Program has a world-class teaching and research team. Currently, there are 37 full-time faculties, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 2 principal scientists of 973, 1 principal scientist of the National Key R&D Program. Seven teachers were selected as 2021 Clarivate Highly Cited Researches. In the past three years, more than 700 high-level papers have been published, more than 140 invention patents have been authorized, and more than 110 projects have been approved with total funds above 150 million yuan.

    The Program has a series of high-level research platforms and advanced teaching and experimental conditions, mainly including the Nobel Prize Scientist Laboratory (Shenzhen Geim Graphene Center), the National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Carbon Functional Materials, the Guangdong Graphene Innovation Center, Guangdong Thermal Management Engineering and Materials Key Laboratory , Guangdong Advanced Battery and Materials Engineering Technology Research Center, etc., with advanced material preparation and characterization equipments, such as high-resolution transmission electron microscope, scanning electron microscope, in-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, in-situ X-ray diffraction, research-grade CT, in-situ Raman spectrometer, etc.

    The Program combines cutting-edge basic research with engineering practice, innovating educational models, stimulating academic interests, improving training quality, to expand students’ international horizons and cultivate the ability to solve practical industrial problems. Many students enrolled in the programs have been fully fledged their potentials and claimed academic glories such as Shenzhen International Graduate School Academic Rookie Award, National Scholarship, Tsinghua Excellent Master Thesis and Beijing Excellent Graduate.
