Students should follow the fire safety rules. Students are not allowed to dismantle power supply facilities or to interfere with electrical wires. High-power electrical appliances of more than two kilowatts are not allowed to be used in the accommodation. A boiler is provided on the 4th floor. Students should not light candles, burn waste or store flammable and explosive materials in the room. Electricity interruptions should be repaired by the electricians. Those who have caused a fire due to inappropriate usage of electrical appliances or other wrong doings should compensate the loss of the properties, and will be punished and penalized according to the regulations or the laws.

Doors and windows should be locked upon leaving the rooms. Cash, certificates and other valuables should be properly kept.

Students should respect the public areas and maintain personal hygiene. Do not dispose any garbage at the stairwell or hallway. Cooking is not permitted in the room.

Students are expected to save water and electricity. Excessive consumption of electricity over the quota will be charged an extra fee.

Students should empty their bed, desk and cabinet within one week after they finish all leaving procedures (for temporary and permanent leave). When checking out, students need to return their room key, water card, electricity card and AC remote to the security.
