The Computer Science and Technology discipline falls under the Data Science and Information Technology theme area of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Tsinghua SIGS). The discipline nurtures students in the field of electronic information and offers a master’s program in Computer Technology and a Ph.D. program in Computer Science & Technology.
The Electronic Information (Computer Technology) master’s program has been launched since 2009, with multiple students named “Beijing Outstanding Graduates” and outstanding students of Tsinghua University. The discipline continues to build on its advantages and places a focus on areas such as internet technology, media computing, cyber security, and artificial intelligence (AI).
We are led by a world-class faculty team and possess excellent research conditions. Most full-time faculties have studied or worked in universities worldwide, and have rich experience presiding high-level scientific projects. A well-established training system and curriculum is also in place. Equipped with the Computer Application Technology Teaching Lab, we place an emphasis on students' practical ability.
