Office of Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources is tasked with formulating and executing the school's HR strategy as well as providing HR services. Its main responsibilities include:

1. Following laws, regulations, rules, and policies laid out by the government and authorities regarding human resources and social security.

2. Creating the school's HR development plan and offering HR guidelines for research institutes.

3. Faculty and staff recruiting, training, performance assessment; managing employee relations; providing day-to-day HR service.

4. Building and running the school's compensation and benefit system.

5. Managing postdoctoral researchers and offering them HR services.
