    研究生指导

  • 研究领域

    主要从事干细胞与再生医学研究,尤其是间充质干细胞迁徙机制及皮肤干细胞再生微环境领域。建立了基于3D培养方法的高迁徙间充质干细胞制备技术,解决了间充质干细胞静脉注射后的肺血管阻塞问题,大幅提高了其组织修复效果,技术正与国药集团联合进行干细胞成药转化,并进一步研发针对不同疾病的制剂。在皮肤再生领域,提出并证明了间充质干细胞皮肤修复作用的旁分泌机制,被同行广泛接受;揭示了巨噬细胞因子在毛囊干细胞激活与毛囊再生中的重要作用;初步建立了基于自体皮肤干细的皮肤和毛囊再生方法,目前正研究建立毛囊类器官及其在药物检测和筛选中的应用。
