关于启动职工队伍建设机关第二批岗位聘岗工作的通知 NOTICE ON LAUNCHING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SECOND BATCH OF STAFF POSITIONS IN SIGS INSTITUTE-LEVEL ADMIN OFFICE

  为推动清华大学深圳国际研究生院职工队伍建设工作稳定有序的开展,根据《清华大学深圳国际研究生院职工队伍建设机关岗位聘岗工作方案》(以下简称“《机关聘岗工作方案》”),现启动机关第二批岗位聘岗工作,安排如下:

  1.面向对象:国际研究生院教职工(含TBSI)及外部应聘者

  2.院内申请人材料提交时间:12月18日-12月22日

    外部申请人材料提交时间:12月18日-12月24日

  3.选聘岗位:161个事务一类、专技类岗位,详见《SIGS机关第二批聘岗岗位列表》(附件1)

  4.选聘岗位职责及任职要求:详见《SIGS机关第二批聘岗岗位说明书》(附件2)和《机关聘岗工作方案》(附件3)

  5.岗位选聘程序及办法:详见《机关聘岗工作方案》

  有应聘意向的教职工需填写《聘岗申请表》(附件4)并提交纸质版本及相关材料至各部门联系人,电子版申请表请将文件名改为“聘岗申请表(姓名)”后发送至各部门联系人,联系人信息详见《SIGS机关第二批聘岗岗位列表》。部门将通知通过资格审查人员汇报答辩相关事宜。职工竞聘上岗后,如岗位工作内容发生变化,应做好工作交接,保证至少在聘岗后1个月内(不含寒假)兼顾原岗位和现岗位的工作。

  院外申请人请将详细个人简历及相关材料发送至院人事办邮箱(rsb@sz.tsinghua.edu.cn),并注明应聘岗位。学院将通知通过资格审查人员汇报答辩相关事宜。

  To promote the stable and orderly construction of staff team in Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, appointment of the second batch of staff positions will be carried out in accordance with the WORK SCHEME OF TSINGHUA SHENZHEN INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE SCHOOL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE STAFF POSITION APPOINTMENT (hereinafter called “WORK SCHEME”), which is as follows:

  1. Eligible applicants: SIGS staff (including TBSI staff) and external applicants.

  2. Application deadlines: December 22, 2020 (for SIGS staff); December 24, 2020 (for external applicants).

  3. Open positions: 161 administrative positions and technical positions. Full details are given in Appendix 1.

  4. Job description and specification: full details are given in Appendixes 2 and 3.

  5. Appointment procedures and requirements: full details are given in the attached WORK SCHEME.

  For SIGS applicants (including TBSI staff), please submit the completed <APPLICATION FORM> (see Appendix 4) and the hard copy of relevant supporting materials to corresponding contact listed on Appendix 1; and meanwhile, please name the scanned <APPLICATION FORM> “Application Form (Applicant name)” and email it to the contact.Shortlisted candidates will receive notice from relevant department/office about interview details. In case of any change in work responsibility, current SIGS staff shall ensure efficient work handover and juggle previous position and new position within at least one month (excluding the winter vacation) after the new appointment.
