  • Research Interests

    My research is mainly focused on the fluid-structure interaction of offshore structures and exploitation and utilisation of marine renewable energy, including flow-induced vibration of marine risers/subsea pipelines, hydrodynamic/hydroelastic analysis of floating structures, design and development of marine renewable energy equipment and development of simulation software for numerical wind-wave-current tank etc.


    Projects

    Dr Wang’s research has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangdong Basic and Applied Basic Research Foundation, Shenzhen Science, Technology and Innovation Bureau, State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School as well as the industry.
