宋肖炜,本科与硕士毕业于沈阳药科大学药学院,获药学本科与药物分析学硕士学位,研究方向为中药质量控制与药代动力学。2017年毕业于北京协和医学院/清华大学医学部,获药物分析学博士学位,研究方向为定量质谱成像分析方法及其在空间代谢组学中的应用研究。博士毕业后,先后于2017年8月-2019年12月、2020年1月-2023年11月在复旦大学化学流动站、斯坦福大学化学系继续博士后工作,主要方向为常压原位电离质谱分析新方法及其在临床化学分子诊断的应用研究。2023年12月至2025年12月在以研究科学家身份在斯坦福大学化学系继续工作,研究聚焦于微液滴与凝聚体化学及其在分子与材料合成中的应用研究。2026年1月,以助理教授身份正式入职清华大学深圳国际研究生院-生物医药与健康工程研究院。

(1)基于质量标签策略的单细胞多组学质谱流式表征技术;
(2)整合介入式微创采样与常压电离质谱技术方法开发及其在临床活检诊断中的应用;
(3)质谱成像与空间多组学方法研究及其在临床疾病诊断、临床前药物研发中的应用;
(4)生物液滴(脂滴与凝聚体)反应器、人工细胞器的构建及其在细胞内功能分子合成中的应用;
(5)生物膜界面组成、结构与功能的质谱表征方法;人工脂质分子与智能响应膜界面的设计构建
主持、参与国家自然科学基金青年基金各1项,主持并结题中国博士后基金面上项目1项。以一作共发表论文29篇,代表性论文包括Nat. Chem. Bio. 1篇,Sci. Adv. 1篇,Proc. Nat. Acad. Sci. 3篇,J. Am. Chem. Soc. 4篇,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2篇, Adv. Sci. 1 篇,Chem.
