    主要研究低功耗集成电路与系统设计,应用于智能语音、图像处理、生物医疗、无线充电等方向。主持及参与国家科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、广东省重点领域研发计划项目、深圳市国际合作项目、深圳市孔雀技术创新项目、深圳市学科布局和深圳市自由探索基金等多个课题。在集成电路和功率电子领域顶级期刊和会议IEEE Trans. on Power ElectronicsIEEE Trans. on Circuits and SystemsIEEE ISSCC SRPIEEE ASSCC上发表学术论文及报告30余篇,获授权中国发明专利6项。
