  • 研究领域

          主要研究方向为低功耗的模拟及混合信号集成电路与系统设计,包括模拟计算芯片、模数转换芯片、电源管理芯片等。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、深圳市基础研究重点项目、深圳市高校稳定支持项目、深圳是海外高层次人才创新项目、深圳市国际合作研究项目等十余项,参与科技部重点研发计划、广东省重点领域研发计划等多项。发表论文近40篇,其中SCI论文17篇,包含IEEE Trans. on Power ElectronicsIEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems I&II 等领域权威期刊和IEEE ISSCC-SPRASSCC等权威会议,授权发明专利6项。
