Focusing on precision disease diagnosis and treatment, establish a series of non-invasive, highly sensitive, and highly specific disease diagnostic systems and devices; develop drug development systems based on synthetic biology and bioorthogonal chemistry to regulate and intervene in life processes; create novel artificial intelligence algorithms and apply them to multi-omics research, disease diagnosis, and drug design. Lead projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, Shenzhen Basic Research, while participating in key national research initiatives including the Ministry of Science and Technology's Key R&D Program, National 973 Program, and National 863 Program. Published over 150 papers in journals such as Nature Communications, Advanced Functional Materials, Chem, JACS, Angewandte Chemie, Nature Machine Intelligence, Small, Biosensors & Bioelectronics, and Science China Chemistry.
